Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your request.
Documents & Formalities
Yes, in most cases. Digital arrival cards (TDAC in Thailand, MDAC in Malaysia, IMUGA in the Maldives…) are mandatory for all visitors, regardless of visa status. Missing them can result in denied boarding.
An eVisa is an entry permit that legally authorizes your stay. A digital arrival card is a declaration form (health status, accommodation, flight) submitted before arrival. Some countries require both.
We recommend at least 72 hours before departure. For India and Vietnam (eVisa), allow 5 to 7 days. For arrival cards like TDAC or MDAC, 24 hours is usually sufficient.
It depends on the document type and destination. The Korean K-ETA is valid for 3 years with multiple entries; the Thai TDAC is valid for 3 months for one entry. Each destination page specifies the conditions.
Our Service
Official portals are often poorly designed and prone to bugs. We offer a guided form, expert verification before submission, and human support if you have any doubts.
If a rejection is due to an error by our team (incorrect data, wrong document…), we fully refund you and resubmit at no cost. Rejections related to your personal profile (background, expired documents) are not covered.
Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order. After this delay, if your file has already been submitted to the authorities, modifications may incur additional processing fees.
Payment
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Payment is secured by Stripe. We do not accept bank transfers due to processing delays.
It depends on the country. For free arrival cards (TDAC, MDAC, SGAC…), our fee covers the full service. For paid eVisas (Vietnam, India…), government fees are charged separately and clearly stated before payment.
Support
By email at [email protected], by live chat on the site, or by WhatsApp. We respond within 2 hours on weekdays, and within 4 hours on weekends.
Yes, our team is available 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm (Paris time). Trips don't stop at the weekend — and neither does our support.
